Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 potatoes
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- a pinch of sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 cup dry white wine (something you would be happy to drink)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- a stick butter
- shredded parmesan cheese
- olive oil
- parsley
Directions:
- season flour with oregano, thyme, sage pepper, and salt
- dredge your chicken in the flour mixture and brown in olive oil (remove to the paper towel)
- cut potatoes into bite-size pieces
- add potatoes to the chicken fat and olive oil mixture and season with salt and brown(remove to a paper towel)
- place chicken and potatoes back into the pan
- pour in wine
- then chicken stock
- add garlic, butter, and parsley
- top with parmesan
- place covered in a 370° oven for appx 20 min you will know when this is done by using a fork and lightly pushing it thru your potato if it goes thru with little to no resistance you are done.
