Chicken Parmesan (episode #18)


  • Chicken breasts
  • eggs
  • flour
  • bread crumb
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • marinara sauce
  • provolone
  • mozzarella
  • parmesan

Chicken Parmesan Directions:

  • let the chicken come to room temperature
  • using a mallet pound chicken to an even thickness
  • season the flour with salt and pepper
  • add garlic powder to bread crumb
  • dredge chicken thru flower then into the egg and then coat with bread crumb
  • fry chicken in olive oil 2 to 3 minutes a side to get golden brown color
  • place chicken on a plate lined with paper towels
  • coat baking tray with marinara sauce
  • place chicken on the sauce
  • ad provolone, mozzarella, then top with parmesan
  • place in preheated oven  at 450° for 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden
  • serve on pasta or on a roll-top with Marina
