Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts
- eggs
- flour
- bread crumb
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- marinara sauce
- provolone
- mozzarella
- parmesan
Chicken Parmesan Directions:
- let the chicken come to room temperature
- using a mallet pound chicken to an even thickness
- season the flour with salt and pepper
- add garlic powder to bread crumb
- dredge chicken thru flower then into the egg and then coat with bread crumb
- fry chicken in olive oil 2 to 3 minutes a side to get golden brown color
- place chicken on a plate lined with paper towels
- coat baking tray with marinara sauce
- place chicken on the sauce
- ad provolone, mozzarella, then top with parmesan
- place in preheated oven at 450° for 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden
- serve on pasta or on a roll-top with Marina
